Refund and Returns Policy

Purchases made at RUSoffroad.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply to items returned which are not sent in error by RUS Offroad. Items that were mounted, used or customized to any degree are not eligible for return.

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of RUS Offroad. A restocking fee of 20% will apply as long as the items have not been mounted, used or customized. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RUS Offroad warrants to the original purchaser that, the product is free from manufacturing defects (i.e., defects in materials and workmanship and not normal wear-and-tear) under normal use and service. This warranty becomes null and void if the damage is caused by: (i) misuse, abuse or accident; (ii) the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; (iii) alteration of the product; (iv) improper installation, including, but not limited to, use of improper tools; (v) exposure to harsh weather, road debris and other road hazards, and/or chemicals; (vi) lack of proper maintenance; or (vii) unauthorized repairs. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or any sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of RUS Offroad.

IN ALL CASES, RUS Offroad SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.

This website sells some products that we do not make ourselves. Those products will be warrantied in accordance with the manufactures warranty if offered. RUS Offroad does not assume any warranty on products that it does manufacture themselves.

Returns are processed in 3-5 days after we receive your package. A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
