Install Instructions – Packout Mount – RZR XP 1000 2014-2025+

Step 1

Place Packout Mount on bed aligning the slots with the anchor holes in the bed.

Step 2

Push the bottom anchors with bolt up from the bottom, through the bed hole.

Step 3

Insert the anchors plastic spacer (optional) onto the exposed bolt extruding though the bed hole and packout mount.

Step 4

Thread the anchor knob onto the bolt above the spacer, ensuring that “RUS Offroad” is facing up. This knob has a locknut, so it may require a little effort to tighten. Do NOT use power tools.

Step 5

Repeat these steps for all 4 anchors points.

Step 5

Before you tighten everything, slide the packout mount into the desired location. Adjust as necessary.

NOTE: These steps are the same for all bed mounted packout mounts for the RZR Xp1000’s 2014-2025+

Check anchors occasionally to ensure they have not gotten loose.
