Install Instructions – Packout Gen II

These instructions for the following RZR Models:

• 2020+ Pro XP
• 2022+ Turbo R
• 2023-2024 Pro R ( For 2025+ CLICK HERE)
• 2025+ Pro S

Please read these notes before installing

• 2^nd Gen Packout Mount Does NOT use Middle Anchors
• Pro S Ultimate – If using with a Yeti 35, you may need to use a grinder to take a little plastic off the Packout to allow for more clearance for the Yeti to open. The Pro S Ultimate has bigger speakers than other models. (See pictures on the last page)
• When twisting on the anchor tops, be sure “RUS OFFROAD” is facing up. This prevents the nut from coming loose. You need to hold the bottom of the anchors when tightening to prevent it from spinning. The anchors include a locknut and can require a little force to tighten fully.
• The 2^nd Generation Packout Mount has slots instead of holes. Once you get it installed, install the Packout and Cooler (if you are using one) and slide the mount forwards/backwards for the perfect location. Tightened down anchors fully once adjusted.

Step 1 – Remove the (2) T-40 Bolts in front of the bed.

Step 2 – Push the bottom part of the anchor up through the bed anchor hole. (Repeat on other side)

Step 3 – Place the 3in spacer on the bolt. (Repeat on other side)

Step 4 – Place the Packout mount in place. Re-Install the 2 T-40’s.

Step 5 – Thread the anchor top onto the bolt. Adjust the packout mount forwards to backwards and tighten all hardware.

MISC:

Pro S Ultimate ONLY – If using with a Yeti 35, you may need to use a grinder to take a little plastic off of the corner on the Packout to allow for more clearance for the Yeti to open more. The Pro S Ultimate has bigger speakers than other models.
